I PROVIDED CAREER COACHING, TRIAL/TEST INTERVIEWS, TRAINING, AND PERSONAL COACHING.
I OFFERED PRACTICAL ADVICE ON RECRUITING AND PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT, NAVIGATING CHANGE, AND HANDLING NEGOTIATIONS.
THIS REFERENCE POINT LED ME TO MY CURRENT PROFESSION.
The main reason clients choose to work with me as a business trainer, consultant, or coach is my personal experience in the business world.
There are countless companies that offer training where employees have completed specialized courses, focused on theory, or even obtained top-notch education. But that’s often where it ends.
No real-world experience,

In contrast, I successfully managed a department in a large international company with multimillion-dollar turnover, overseeing a team of up to 100 employees. I served as a development director in a financial organization involved in reinsurance, a sector reserved for only the most capable professionals. I held the position of CEO in an international company, being the first person hired to establish its presence in the country. I was entirely responsible for recruiting subsequent positions, creating procedures, negotiating contracts at all levels, and delivering results. Over the course of five years, I developed nine departments, including finance and personnel development, along with a strong team of talented leaders and passionate employees. Most importantly, I built a base of over 7,000 loyal clients.
Now, as a beloved wife and mother of two children, I bring not only a wealth of professional experience but also personal lessons learned from losses, mistakes, ups, and downs.
Having been both an employer and an employee, I understand the perspective of business owners as well as that of ordinary company staff.
It is particularly rewarding to witness how much an ordinary worker’s position can transform after training.
