In contrast, I successfully managed a department in a large international company with multimillion-dollar turnover, overseeing a team of up to 100 employees. I served as a development director in a financial organization involved in reinsurance, a sector reserved for only the most capable professionals. I held the position of CEO in an international company, being the first person hired to establish its presence in the country. I was entirely responsible for recruiting subsequent positions, creating procedures, negotiating contracts at all levels, and delivering results.
