I successfully managed a department in a large international company with millions of dollars in turnover and I had up to 100 employees working directly under my supervision. I served as a development director in a financial organization, which, among other things, was engaged in reinsurance (where only the strongest are can manage to work). I was the CEO of an international company and was the first person hired for this new structure in the country. I was completely responsible for recruiting subsequent positions, creating procedures, contracts at all levels, and for the results. In 5 years I had 9 departments, a finance department, a personnel development department, a strong team of talented leaders and passionate employees, and most importantly, more than 7,000 loyal clients.
Now I am a beloved wife and a mother of two children with a previous experience of losses, mistakes, ups, and downs.
