Something in your work is causing a vague sense of unease… Everything seems fine in principle, but something feels off… Perhaps it’s your colleagues being foolish, or maybe it’s the management… Maybe the work itself no longer brings you excitement, or perhaps you just want to isolate yourself on Bali… Is your career progressing slowly, are you stuck in one place, or have you reached a crossroads?

  • You’re no longer interested in your previous job, or it’s no longer available, and you’re unsure how to choose a new one…
  • You want to engage in meaningful work that you enjoy and that makes a difference in the world and to people.
  • You want to discover your talents and leverage them to excel in your current profession or find a new endeavor where they will be in high demand.
  • You already know what kind of work you love, but for some reason, you’re not taking any action to move towards it.

Quite often, adults, even those with established careers, contemplate not only changing jobs but also changing their field of activity.

The reasons can vary greatly, from professional burnout to personal circumstances. We yearn for self-realization and sometimes feel that we’re not fully utilizing our internal resources. In such cases, it is crucial to seek informed advice from a professional who can guide you through the professional opportunities in the modern job market.
CAREER COACHING is a form of coaching that supports clients or employees in their development and career growth.
The key difference between coaching and consulting is that a consultant, coming from an expert position, provides advice and recommendations on what actions to take. For example, in career consulting, they may suggest choosing a specific career path.
Coaching, on the other hand, operates under the premise that the client is the ultimate expert on their own life and strengths. Therefore, the coach helps the client discover answers from within themselves through targeted questions or exercises, enabling them to articulate their desires and goals and explore and activate their resources.
I employ both approaches. Career coaching and career consulting complement each other rather than replace one another. For instance, we can start with coaching tools to explore your desires, motivations, values, and needs. Based on that, we can formulate career aspirations, and I can provide recommendations on specific professions. My practical knowledge and consulting skills are invaluable during the job search, resume editing, understanding the job market situation, and interview preparation.
Where to begin depends on the unique aspects of your situation, which we can clarify during our session!
