I specialize in business coaching, HR coaching, career coaching and leadership

Coaching is about analyzing and strategizing the future. Coaching is “here and now” with a direction towards a positive future. It’s not psychoanalysis that goes back in time.

I’m not a psychologist, if you need psychological help, you’d better go to a specialist.

Usualy, we deal with issues related to life situations, work with a team, new projects, personal motivation, career growth, etc. with my clients.

Coaching takes place in the form of coaching sessions – one-on-one meetings that last 0.5-2 hours. During the session, the client defines the task/problem/question and independently develops a plan for further actions. The conversation takes place in the form of a dialogue. The coach mainly asks questions, and the client “wiggles his brains” in the direction they need.

“I want to be motivated”

“I want to become more tolerant of people”,

“I want to understand why I haven’t been successful lately” –

Here are some examples of such questions that every coach has probably heard from their clients.

My principle in working with clients is to guarantee 100% of the result.

How can you 100% guarantee that the client will get motivation based on the results of a coach session?
Or the client will become more tolerant of people?
And what does it mean for them to be motivated?
And how can I, in the end, be able to see that the client got the desired result?
Or maybe the client has not yet figured out what really is their goal?
Maybe there is something more than just that?
If at the beginning of the session I cannot answer myself: “Can guarantee this result to the client?” with a confident “Yes”, it is a signal that it is necessary to continue working on the client’s goal/question/problem. It is necessary to clarify the request and the criteria for the desired result. And then, I continue to focus the client’s attention on the “magic” question of coaching: “What do you really want?”:
-What do you want to get immediately after this coaching session?
-What is the best result of the coaching session that can help you get to your desired state?
And sometimes the question of the client in a coach session changes because the concentration of the client’s focus on this issue helps to realize deepest intentions and goals.
Sometimes the client concentrates on some superficial goal, and during the session, this mini-goal becomes a small step in achieving something greater.
For example, if a client wants to engage in more profitable projects, abandoning small ones and, as a result, devote more time to their family, they need to audit the usage of their working time and finish small uninteresting projects that have been started before. For this, the client needs motivation as one of the steps before achieving the main goal. And, therefore, there are still a lot of little steps to be done.
-What if you already have the motivation? Then what?
-What’s changing around you?
-What appears in your life?
-What is the best result that motivation gives you?
-What would you like to receive as a result of the coach session?
-How do you understand that you have it?
And only then, there is a chance to move on to real goals and tangible, expected results. Then, my work as a coach begins – the responsibility for choosing the best process for a coach session – a process that can guarantee the client a real achievement of their goal.

I work with a client only if I am confident that my level of competence will provide the client with the desired result.

The level of a coach’s competence determines:
  • Ability to effectively motivate their client to achieve high results
  • Ability to focus the client’s attention on what is happening to them
  • Ability to help form the responsibility for what is happening with the client
  • Ability to describe rather than evaluate the situation with the client
  • Ability to highlight the significant, but elusive aspects of the client’s questions
  • Ability to create the best conditions for the client to make the best decisions,
  • Ability to ask strong open-ended questions,
  • Use of specific coaching techniques and their skills of applying the best of those techniques for each client’s request,
  • Ability to keep the client’s focus on what is important and leave all responsibility for the decision-making to the client.
Personal meetings are held both in person, by phone, and online.
Teamwork or one-on-one sessions with managers and employees can be conducted on-site, but preferably not in a work environment.
